Set up your business phone line (Twilio)
Use your own Twilio number as a business line: calls ring your team's phones in turn, voicemails and missed calls land in Calls.
Before you start
- Twilio connected in Settings → Connect your accounts → Text messages (Account SID + Auth token).
- A voice-capable Twilio number.

How it works, step by step
- Your customer → Your Twilio number: Calls your business number
- Your Twilio number → CompanyFlowHQ: Asks us what to do
- CompanyFlowHQ → Your team's phones: Rings each phone in turn
- CompanyFlowHQ: Nobody answers: voicemail and a missed call in Calls
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 5
In the menu on the left, tap Calls. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Under Phone line settings, turn on Business phone line.
Tap Find my Twilio numbers, then Use this number next to yours.
Under Who answers, type Phones to ring, in order — one per line — and choose how long each rings.
Under When nobody answers, turn on Take a voicemail (and Add callers as leads if you like). Tap Save.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- Ring your number from another phone: your phones ring, and the call shows in Calls.
⚠️ Common mistakes
