Call through Zadarma
Call leads in one tap through your own Zadarma account: your Zadarma phone rings first, then we connect the customer.

- A Zadarma account with credit, and access to its Settings.
How it works
How it works, step by step
- You → CompanyFlowHQ: Tap Call via Zadarma on a lead
- CompanyFlowHQ → Zadarma: Asks Zadarma to ring your extension first
- Zadarma → Your customer: Then rings the customer and joins you
- Zadarma → CompanyFlowHQ: Call notifications log it by themselves
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 5
In the menu on the left, tap Integrations. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
In Zadarma open Settings → API and keys and create an API key. Copy the key and the secret.
On Zadarma calling, paste API key and API secret, then tap Connect Zadarma.
Tap Load numbers and extensions from Zadarma. Under Who has which Zadarma extension, pick one for each person. Tap Save.
Copy Call notifications address and paste it in Zadarma (Notifications in PBX). Tick start, end and recording of calls.

- Open a lead and tap Call via Zadarma: your Zadarma phone rings, then the customer.
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemSomeone doesn't see Call via Zadarma.FixOnly people with an extension see it. Give them one and tap Save.
