Delete your whole workspace
Owner only: ask us to delete the whole workspace (UK GDPR). Nothing is deleted straight away — we check it's you and finish within 30 days.
Before you start
- You're the workspace owner.
- Download your data first if you might need it: tap Download all my workspace data (ZIP).

How it works, step by step
- Owner → CompanyFlowHQ: Download all my workspace data (ZIP) first
- Owner → CompanyFlowHQ: Tap Request workspace deletion
- CompanyFlowHQ → CompanyFlowHQ support: We check it's really you
- CompanyFlowHQ support → CompanyFlowHQ: Deleted within 30 days — cancel any time before
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 4
Tap Settings in the menu, then tap Security in the "Jump to a section" row (or scroll down to the Your data box).
Tap Download all my workspace data (ZIP) and keep the file safe.
Tap Request workspace deletion and confirm.
Until it's done you can tap Cancel deletion request.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- The box says “Request received on … — we'll process it within 30 days.”
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemThe button is greyed out.FixOnly the owner can ask for this.
ProblemYou only want one person's data removed.FixUse Erase one person's data instead — the workspace stays.
ProblemYou only want to stop paying.FixCancel the plan instead. Your data is kept for 90 days in case you come back.
