Cancel any time from Manage payment. You keep everything until the paid period ends; then the workspace is read-only and your data is kept for 90 days.

How it works, step by step
- You → CompanyFlowHQ: Tap Manage payment
- CompanyFlowHQ → Stripe: Opens Stripe's secure billing page
- You → Stripe: Tap Cancel plan
- Stripe → CompanyFlowHQ: Your plan ends on the date shown
- CompanyFlowHQ: Then read-only; data kept 90 days
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 4
In the menu on the left, tap Settings. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Scroll to Plan & billing and tap Manage payment. Stripe's secure page opens.
On Stripe's page tap Cancel plan and confirm. Come back to CompanyFlowHQ.
Changed your mind? In Plan & billing, tap Choose on a plan — everything is where you left it.

- Plan & billing shows “ends” and a date instead of “renews”.
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemA red banner says the workspace is read-only.FixYour plan has ended or a payment failed. Choose a plan (or tap Update card) to keep going.
