Add someone to your admin team
Platform owner: invite people who help run CompanyFlowHQ itself, and choose which admin sections they can use.
Before you start
- You're the CompanyFlowHQ platform owner.
- Their email address.
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 6
In the menu on the left, tap Admin panel (at the very top).
Tap the Team tab (the last one). Only you, the owner, see it.
Under Invite someone to help, type their Email address and Name (optional).
Under Sections they can use, set each one to Off, View or Can change (Can help for Customers). Or tap a quick button like Customer support.
Tap Send invitation. They get an email. If a link shows, you can tap Copy and send it yourself.
They open the link, choose a password and turn on two-step sign-in. In Your platform team they go from Invited to Waiting for two-step to Active.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- They see Admin panel in their menu, with only the sections you switched on.
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemYou added them in Team & HR instead.FixTeam & HR is for staff in your own business workspace. People who help run CompanyFlowHQ go in Admin panel → Team.
ProblemSend invitation stays grey.FixType their email and switch on at least one section.
ProblemThey're stuck on Waiting for two-step.FixThey must turn on two-step sign-in in Settings → Security first.
ProblemYou want to change or stop their access.FixNext to their name, tap Change access, Pause or Remove. It works straight away.
