Add-ons and prepaid credit
Use your own Twilio or WhatsApp for free, or CompanyFlowHQ calling and texting paid from a prepaid balance — never a surprise bill.
Before you start
- You're an owner or admin.
- Your email is confirmed and two-step sign-in is on.
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 6
In the menu on the left, tap Settings. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Under Plan & billing, tap Add-ons & prepaid credit.
Under How you pay for calls and messages, pick Bring your own Twilio account (free — you pay Twilio yourself) or CompanyFlowHQ calling & texting (paid from your balance).
Paid add-ons only use prepaid credit. Under Top up, add at least £5 by card.
Under Paid add-ons, switch on Calls, Text messages (SMS) or Business phone line. Each one shows its price.
Under Spending limits, set the most the workspace and each person can spend a day, and when to warn you.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- Available to spend shows your balance, and every call and text is listed under Receipts and history.
⚠️ Common mistakes
Problem“Confirm your email address first (check your inbox).”FixOpen the email we sent you and tap the link, then try again.
Problem“Switch on two-step sign-in first (Settings → Security).”FixTurn on two-step sign-in under Settings → Security.
Problem“Not enough prepaid credit. Top up in Add-ons to keep going.”FixTap Top up. Calls and texts carry on as soon as the money is in.
