Get a weekly or monthly website email, and alerts when visits jump, drop or stop. Your website's own icon shows a badge when something needs a look.

- Your website → CompanyFlowHQ: Sends every visit
- CompanyFlowHQ: Spots a busy day, a drop or silence
- CompanyFlowHQ → You: Alert in Insights and on your phone
- CompanyFlowHQ → You: Weekly or monthly report email
The steps at a glance
Step 1 of 4
In the menu on the left, tap Website. On a phone, tap the ☰ menu button at the top first.
Tap Settings at the top of the Website page.
In Report emails and alerts, turn on Weekly email or Monthly email. Type who gets it in Send to.
Under Alerts, turn on Busy day, Fewer visitors, New source of visitors or Website stopped sending data.
✅ How do I know it worked?
- Alerts show in Insights and as notifications. Turn notifications on in Settings → Notifications (“Alerts”).
⚠️ Common mistakes
ProblemYou don't get the alert on your phone.FixSwitch on Alerts in Settings → Notifications and allow notifications on your phone.
ProblemYour website shows a plain globe instead of its icon.FixThat's normal until we've seen a visit. It updates by itself.
